Les 2 Alpes Ski Resort

Set up high in the French Southern Alps, Les 2 Alpes is located 71km southeast of Grenoble.

At 3600m, it prides itself on its snowsure slopes, Europe's largest skiable glacier area, varied pistes and an efficient modern lift system. It boasts well-maintained snowboard & ski parks and wonderful off-piste runs, as well as being connected to La Grave (hike or bus), one of the most dramatic off-piste areas in Europe.

The resort is open, attractive and buzzes with life. It offers a good choice of restaurants, pubs, late night bars and several clubs. Other attractions include a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and an ice-skating rink. The pretty village of Venosc, home to many quaint art and craft shops, is easily accessible by cable car and is well worth a visit.

Les 2 Alpes is also Europe's capital of summer skiing with 17 ski lifts open from 7am to 3pm, a purpose built "snowpark" with half pipes, jumps, and organised courses available. It offers a total ski area bigger and better than many small winter resorts. You can even mix with professional snowboarders who come from all over the Europe for training.
